Working for our Home Care division across Caboolture, we have a casual opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the team. You’ll be providing high quality care and assistance to our clients in their own homes.
As a RN with RSL Care you will provide leadership in the coordination of nursing and healthcare to ensure optimal health outcomes. The focus of the role will be to promote and deliver a holistic approach to care involving assessment, prevention, early detection, referral and health promotion, focussing on the needs and rights of the clients. You will also assist in the governance and quality management of RSL Care policies, systems and processes.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Community Nursing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage case loads
- Driver’s license and fully comprehensively insured reliable vehicle
- Aged care experience and clinical governance skills
- Ability to use computer software in the delivery of care services
