- 129 place long day care service
- Centre operational hours: 6:00am to 6:00pm

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Teacher that wants to be part of a constantly evolving, vibrant and creative team. You will be part of our dedicated culture and have access to a qualified mentor to support your professional development and growth. As the Early Learning Teacher you will be, you will be working with children, developing unique programs and practices that are responsive to our children’s needs and aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.
This fantastic opportunity is a full-time permanent position working 38 hours per week – Monday to Friday.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Plan innovative and engaging learning experiences
- Champion positive and meaningful relationships with children.
- Previous knowledge and experience with Inclusion Support and diversity
- Plan innovative and engaging learning experiences
- Assess children’s learning and development and apply pedagogical expertise to inform curriculum decisions
- Maintain and apply expert knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families, children and the centre team
- Model effective application of pedagogy in teaching practice
- Contribute to a professional and positive work culture
Your Qualifications
- Currently hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
- Hold a current First Aid qualification
- Hold a current Blue card or alternatively an Exemption card with QLD Teachers Registration
